The association of educational services “OpenEurope” with headquarters in Reus (Catalonia, Spain) hosted the second international meeting of the project Games for Improving Affectivity in Youngsters with Intellectual Disabilities, funded by Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ program. The meeting was held on July 13 and 14, 2023. The partners presented a deck research of national legislation, good practices in each country related to sexuality education and the development of emotional skills for youth with intellectual disabilities. The conclusions and recommendations will be included in a European report to be presented in September. The second part of the national reports presents the results of an interview with young people aged 14-23, who present their knowledge on topics related to sex education and health. The project partners from Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Greece, Belgium and Turkey planned the following activities – developing materials for youth workers who want to engage young people with intellectual disabilities in sexual education and health.
